I have had a passion for photography all my life. I completed a photography diploma in 1999, and since then I have worked as a freelance photographer gaining experience in a broad spectrum of events and professionally covering weddings, extreme sport contests and personal and group portraits.
My most recent exhibition was as part of Oxfordshire Arts Weeks 2009. This exhibition illustrated my creative vision of Oxford architecture and gave the public a chance to view hidden views, buildings and decorative carvings which are so associated with this historic city and the many influences that compliment the set.

Born in Croatia. I started my career as a cruise ship photographer traveling the world while in Mediterranean I fell in love in photography. After a great experience I had as a cruise ship photographer, I decided to start a new journey. Oxford is my new corner of the world where I am continuing to develop photography career.
I would say that my eye and camera are most interested in documentary and social photography. I would say that my photography is about emotions and stories behind. “Streets, the homeless, musicians, jugglers and performers are my biggest passion.”

I first started taking photographs with an old Russian rangefinder with a broken light meter and winding mechanism when I was 14. Miraculously, the photographs turned out well and since then I took a liking to photography – be it digital or film. Most recently have accrued experiences by working as a photographer’s assistant. Originally from Estonia, I have now spent 4 years studying and living in Oxford and am excited to get to know this amazing town from a whole new angle.

Photography has always been a part of my life, as former reporter with ELLE Turkey and Hello! Turkey. As deputy editor, I was able to gain a vast experience of editorial photography, as well as, the process of creating a magazine publication. Since I moving to the UK my immense appetite for capturing the moments on camera have steered me to a new career as a fulltime photographer in which I am enjoying the challenge and making the most of every single shot. I think I am one of the lucky few, as my working time is also my satisfaction time.

I ‘m mostly interested in taking photographs of people their culture and life style. Capturing the essence of the personality so you can tell the story is my aim. As a photographer I enjoy the reportage style the most. Professionally I have been taking photographs for weddings, which I love, and working in a photography studio taking portrait sittings. Some of my work has been published in Elite magazine.

I studied Art and Photography at college in the South of France and in Oxford. I have had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember. I love to capture unique moments in time: an individual’s complex emotions, the singular moment when people connect with each other, a lonely figure in the distance… As a creative person, the way the light falls, harmonies of colour, textures and shapes also have an important place in my work.
My ultimate wish is to inspire others to use their creativity through the wonderful world of photography and all it has to offer. To capture people interacting within urban settings and landscape environments, Nature and human Nature in perfect harmony.

David Stumpp
I have lived in Oxford since early 2009, hailing originally from Southern California. I love that “the shot” is happening everywhere, all of the time, and that once in a while, a photographer happens to be there to encounter it. Even better if the photographer happens to be me. In particular, I love to capture situations, that is, people involved in their lives, unaware of the camera.

Leo Chan
An 80’s kid born in Oxford, I always had a creative side that manifested itself through art, photography and music (although I have moved on from Vanilla Ice). I studied Psychology at university and this understanding of people’s behaviours would later be useful in my favorite type of photography: portraits.
